Terms and Conditions of Products Orders and Deliveries
Deborah Clayton Skincare have attempted to describe products accurately, however slight variations in the look of the actual goods and packaging may occur. We take care to show correct sizes and specifications and such descriptions, whilst given as a guide, are subject to alteration by the seller without notice. Any claim howsoever arising will not exceed the price of the goods supplied to the buyer.
Deborah Clayton Skincare shall not be liable for any consequential loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. The company cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions. This statement does not affect your statutory rights. Goods are sold on the understanding that they are to be used only for their intended purpose.
Deborah Clayton Skincare will accept no responsibility for trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing product supplied by us.
All offers are subject to stock availability.
By placing an order with Deborah Clayton Skincare, the buyer and seller accept the following conditions:
DEFINITIONS - In these terms and conditions ‘the seller’ or ‘the company’ means Deborah Clayton Skincare and ‘the buyer’ mean the Purchaser of goods from the seller under these terms and conditions.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY - Copyright, trademarks, database and other intellectual property rights protect the goods supplied. You may not reproduce, modify or copy or distribute or use for commercial purposes any of the materials or content without the written permission of Deborah Clayton Skincare.
PRICES - Are those ruling at dispatch and are subject to alteration as may be necessary. Unless otherwise stated prices are inclusive of VAT.
ORDERING - Ordering can be done via the deborahclaytonskincare.com website.
PAYMENT - Payment is due to the company in full prior to dispatch of goods by credit card, PayPal or cheque payable to Deborah Clayton Skincare.
SUGGESTED RETAIL PRICE - The retail price of the Deborah Clayton Skincare products has been carefully considered to consider market demands and value. Retailers are encouraged to stay within £1 of the RRP.
RESALE OF GOODS PURCHASED - reselling of goods purchased on deborahclaytonskincare.com without express permission from Deborah Clayton Skincare is not permitted, whether via Amazon, eBay, or other online websites, marketplaces or social media accounts, or in a physical retail store or environment. Should anyone undertake the sale of goods purchased on deborahclaytonskincare.com without permission, Deborah Clayton Skincare reserves the right to cease trading with that company / individual and take appropriate action to prevent the customer from reselling goods in the future.
If breaching this term of purchase via this website, we may act and invoice for the goods being sold without authorisation accordingly.
CLAIMS - Claims for loss or damage to goods in transit cannot be accepted unless the company is advised within 48 hours of receipt of goods in the case of damage. The company must be informed in writing within 14 days of date of invoice in the case of loss. The company will not entertain claims made outside the stated time limits.
RETURNED GOODS - If you would like to return your item, please view our Return Policy.
DELIVERY - The delivery times quoted shall not be binding. Deborah Clayton Skincare can accept no responsibility for transport delays or circumstances out of their control causing late delivery. Neither Deborah Clayton Skincare nor their designated carrier will accept claims for consequential loss due to late deliveries.
DELIVERY CHARGES - Parcels will be sent by our nominated carrier service. Parcels sent on a 5-10 working days may sit in a queue when order volumes are high but are still sent on a courier tracked service.
EXPORT - Deborah Clayton Skincare does not export, however please contact us as we can discuss how Deborah Clayton Skincare can meet your needs.
ALTERATIONS - Any modification to orders must be confirmed in writing by the buyer and agreed in writing by the company.
OFFERS, DISCOUNTS AND COUPON CODE POLICY
Customers can enjoy various offers and discounts provided on deborahclaytonskincare.com, and authorised email, SMS and third-party platforms and partners.
Coupon codes may not be used with any other codes or offers and are subject to terms of expiry and limits as stipulated at the time of promotion. Deborah Clayton Skincare reserves the right to amend any promotional offer at any time. Deborah Clayton Skincare reserves the right to cancel or refuse to ship any orders where a promotion or discount has been misused, provided by an unauthorised source, or been incorrectly applied as a result of a technical fault. In this case, the customer is entitled to a full refund for any costs incurred at the time of ordering, and the order will not be shipped.
